Doesn't this open up whole legal can of worms for those that were not worthy of a second set of buttons, but fail to fall under Admiral Lee's deal? I mean there were plenty of people who didn't pass the interview and were told they weren't welcome on Delta Air Lines property again, but just because you work for Pinnacledeavor you get to reinterview? If this is true, I see a possible issue with it.
