Exactly. When I took the job with jetBlue I knew I would probably never fly a widebody, but I did expect atleast industry average pay, health benefits and vacation.
All they really have to do is make it close and most would stop looking. When the numbers tell me not to leave I'll quit looking. Until then 27% says that I have to fill out applications and
interest cards.
