Its funny that guys who work at Republic say go to Express Jet and vice versa.
Take a look at both companies, compare pay, contract, QOL, etc, then make your decision. Just don't go to one over the other based on number of lavs on the airplane and where the engines are in relation to the wings!
I personally wouldn't touch RAH for all the tea in China!
