Its about filling classes with good candidates and rah has had a terrible time filling Q classes with warm bodies- its why that program is stalled. As for the 170, standards are at an all time low. Im not one to cry shortage, but when decent candidates are hard to find, what do you call it?
You call it meat in the seat not a shortage. Now if you want to call it a shortage of quality applicants that we can agree on
