Let's face it the 9E guys are getting the interview because they agreed to massive concessions. Individuals qualifications have no bearing. 9E guys are no worse nor better than any other regional group out there, they just happened to be in a position to make a deal that benefitted them.
First there was PFJ (pay for job) and PFI (pay for interview). Now there's CFI..... Concessions for interviews.
