Kinda depends on the interviewer's take and style on the whole thing.

The answer could ALSO mean that the candidate is very humble, realizes they're just lucky to be there in the chair talking to them about possibly being hired, won't say ANYTHING negative about the other people, doesn't think they're "too good" and their feces doesn't have too foul and odor, etc etc etc.......

Sometimes it's NOT about what was said, but how it was said and the associated personality test that goes into the whole airline pilot interview theatre game.

Interviews can be A LOT like a checkride, it's over in the FIRST 5 minutes. The other 40-55 minutes can just be the HR/interviewer/line pilots validating what happened in that first 5 minutes.
