I guess this career is really not forgiving at all. You can be the best pilot or best employee but one mistake is never forgiven. Isn't that seems to be unfair????
We all make mistakes my friend. It just takes time to fade away in the eyes of the airlines. If youve had some offers, then things are lookin up. I wish you the best and as far as a gear up landing- "But for the grace of God go I" it could happen to anyone.
