That wasn't even my point. SWA FA's are rulers of the cabin the likes of which I've never seen on any airline ever on a consistent basis. That's great, it really is, when you're catering to a fanboy audience at secondary airports, etc. But they are growing up, and this part of their culture will have to be reconciled with the reality of the industry; most of which lets pax walk all over them constantly.
