Even Terribles and Super8 will run you nearly $40 a night out the door and thats only during weekdays. When it's a busy week wiith a big event or convention, which happens often, good luck finding anything reasonable. Yes you will score a room for $30 now and then but when you average it out with the nights you will spend $150 it jacks the average up very fast.
