I think performing a flaps 0 landing on the line as an FO is a pretty big no-no. But at least 50% of the blame goes to your CA for not upholding the FOM.
I know it's an epidemic around here, only follow the FOM if it suits the crew, or not even reading updates. I just flew with a guy who had no idea of a CFM change over a year later!!
