Anyone would look at the facts. Common sense states a bankrupt party, generally:
- has been irresponsible
- has failed to plan
- can not manage resources
- and if done opportunistically; is a thief who would screw their employer if given the opportunity.
JMHO
There are definitely exceptions to this. For instance, there are many dudes who have been absolutely ruined by a divorce that have had no alternative but to declare bankruptcy.
