Anyone would look at the facts. Common sense states a bankrupt party, generally:
- has been irresponsible
- has failed to plan
- can not manage resources
- and if done opportunistically; is a thief who would screw their employer if given the opportunity.
JMHO
Airlines (and Air Lines) are guilty of and have no problem doing all of the above!
