Word on the street is any FOs who don't have 1300 hours by August are being given two options: Resignation or termination.

Between 1300 and 1500 hours affords you a third option: LOA until you get the required time.

Of course, this is all just hearsay, I have no official source. Someone else will have to confirm it.
