Ok enough negativity. There are at least a few hundred if not thousand pilots on here so someone can come up with something besides how "things will never change" or "problem with regionals is pilots working for low wages".

We all know what the problems are. We all know how management turns us against each other and it's no more evident then on here and we all know how our hands are tied because of the RLA.

My question is what do we do about it? If you don't think anything can be done then please just don't respond. If you want to further analyze the issues please keep that to yourself because we all know that too.

We and especially the pilots before us dug a pretty big hole for us and something needs to be done aboutit. Even if you leave to go to the majors because pretty soon most of that flying will be done by RAH too.
