It's funny to read about how pilots are selling out by working at a regional. Please get off your high horse and understand that for most of us it's the only option at a flying job.
If your opinion is there's nothing that can be done to improve working conditions or pay please keep it to yourself because you are the problem.
If I lose my job because majors take back their flying I won't mind it. Just means I'll probably get called by one sooner.
It's called supply and demand. There is always someone willing to take the job no matter how low the pay is. Fix the problem, cut off the supply. Will never happen. This is too may people's "dream job."
