If yur instructing, Get a 121 job now. Study the regionals and find the one thats the most tolerable for you. The first year anywhere with low pay and reserve is terrible. 2nd yr is where youll see the diff in regionals contracts. Live in base and try to keep the resentment to a low
Youll be fine. If yur in a regional @2nd yr pay, dont leave for another regional. Its not better to leave at that point. Imho
