FedEx has received operational approval to use the company-issued iPad in all phases of flight. We have also changed/clarified that the iPad may be used in combination with or in lieu of the on-aircraft EFB at any time. The iPad must either be stowed or secured during takeoff and landing.
If the mechanic on the JS held it for us...Would that be considered secured?
