As for the rest, why do you keep saying this? What makes you think SWA will put less of an emphasis on quick turns in the future? Everything I keep hearing from the company says you're wrong and turning an airplane as quickly as possible is still a big priority. SWA currently supports the cabin crew expediting the boarding and deplaning process in any way possible. What you claim to be drill sergeant tactics doesn't seem to bother passengers in the least. As a matter of fact, a recent customer satisfaction survey done by a market research group placed quick boarding and deplaning high on the list of most desirable traits of SWA travel experience. SWA customers desire the streamlined process when compared to the less efficient hub and spoke model. I will freely admit it may not be for everyone, but the current model seems to be working relatively well since it accounts for the largest volume of domestic traffic.

I wil see if I can find the link to the customer satisfaction survey from the employee website. The results might change your view about what SWA passengers desire the most from the SWA experience.
