Let me say, I was a flow that chose to stay at COEX and I would have kept my pass date of hire if I went over to CAL. You can bet I would fight to keep it, its the only promis that was kept. A job a CAL yeah! But I could have been there years earlier if I just quit COEX and applied in 99' so the Flow hurt me...obviously, I'm still here at XJT. No regrets not yet anyway will see in 15 years when I retire @ 60. That's one contract I'm keeping
