She knew exactly what she was paying, and loved Spirit for being half of what Delta was.
I did not know that about the 3rd party websites. That is interesting.

Yeah I have heard that comment a lot. People that fly us frequently understand the fees. There are some real savvy passengers that feel they were getting a real good value and they keep asking us if we will fly here or there in the near future.

But we are expanding and we are putting people into airplanes that have never flown before. Not many of our passengers roll on with Shakespeare in their hand. Most of them get surprised when Discover jacks their interest up after missing a payment. It just that kind of crowd. But they will learn, and the model is proven. Ryan's market share is around 20% or so in Europe. What I am surprised about is that we are the only ones who are pursuing this model.
