Thats all fine and stuff if the freq is busy, but I don't see anything wrong with saying hello when you're on the go home leg at 1130 at night and you're talking to some poor local controller who probably hasn't talked to anyone all night... And for sports scores, you guys have never tried to pick up a game in Eastern NC have you ?
