Not a bad place to hang your hat for a while. Lot's of old NWA language in protections in the contract, schedules of late have been good. 12-17 days off depending on seniority. I'd say the avg is 14-15. Reserves get 11 days off. Not bad if you don't commute.
Only draw back I can think of is a few more months of stagnation. In that regard, we're no different than any other regional, however most of our attrition is contingent on the Delta flow-up. Once that begins, you would move up 100 numbers on the list, approximately half way up the F/O list, provided you got in before the flow began.
When that happens, no body knows. Rumors floating around that it will in January 2014. Most here aren't holding our breath.
