I don't get the arguments against LGBP. We all complain about stagnation or downward displacements. To me this is all alleviated with LGBP . It also completely rewards seniority. If Cal Flannigan wanted to do island turns on a 757 it would have cost him $40/hr or more. With LGBP he bids what he wants. It costs him nothing. Company gets rid of all WBs costs us nothing. Company adds 200 WB it costs them nothing more.
