Few if any UAL pilots voted "YES" for reasons of money. One of those two gentlemen lied. My money is on Jay Pierce as the liar.
Stopping the process of fighting between the CAL-MEC and the UAL-MEC and getting all the pilots under the same contract was the only reason I voted yes, and I believe the main reason most UAL pilots voted yes.
Doesn't change the fact that I am an optimist with regards to our future

Well Joe I voted no and know plenty in the 777 fleet that did. I also think many of the 320 voted yes just for the money, they might mention the scare factor but mostly money.
