2 or 3 bucks an hour for FO's, 5 or 6 bucks an hour for Captains.
Personally, I hope we never see dual qual. I know, it's coming, but I would prefer not.
I would like to see first year pay at $35 bucks an hour. I would also like to see former 121 guys with a minimum of 18 months experience start at year 2 pay.
