It was attempted once with Comair/ASA and look what happened. Instead of getting back the regionals, they doubled in size. If you look over the last decade, 10 years ago if a pilot decided to stay at his regional, he has made more career earnings than the pilot who did everything right, and got hired at the legacy. Only in the last two years has things started to swing in the other direction. There is no reason to believe history won't repeat itself.
Oh yeah that's right the DCI fleet as a whole is growing? 700 down to 425...... If it grows its at the mistake of the mainline pilots who took the pay for scope carrot.

Even your Bridge Agreement states our PWA still rules wrt to scope.

Are you trying to reinterpret our PWA's definition of Permitted Aircraft to Omitted aircraft?

DAL could pull all of that back in tomorrow and no longer allow it as part of the PWA. Unlikely, but possible under the definitions on the PWA. DAL pilot's control the flying but are "currently" allowing it to be flown off the list. That can change and has. It was with the 50 seat jet and at the cost of more large jets, but it cost DCI jobs. Look at those presidencies too. They are not one sided as you purport.

One last question: Have you decided to make Pinnacle your career because your seem to think its more stable?

As for lost earning, a bottom rung pilot at DAL that is in the bottom 15% with 10-15 years of longevity is making more than a senior counterpart at DCI. The total package is a lot more than just hourly.
