Yep, the old human factors argument that "for" sounds a lot like "four". It's especially important in non-US airspace for obvious reasons.
If I could add a pet peeve - when flying into Narita's airspace remember they don't have an "approach" or "center" frequency. It's 'control" and "radar", a minor point but it is a pet peeve of mine
