Many of those that will (and have been) jumped have no desire to fly domestic or have already flown NB Captain and are back on a WB right seat by choice for QOL. Good for them and those who want the first left seat they can get. Thankfully it's a big enough operation to accommodate almost everyone's personal situation and desires.
