RAH is also saying they will require the signing bonus to be paid back if a new-hire leaves with-in the first year of employment, which along with the aircraft-specific training bond/contract, is a further complication of employment terms. And one thing to consider--is the signing bonus taxable if there are conditions under which pay back may be required?
