Possible delays in 717 deliveries (already slipping month or two for in-service dates according to crew resources)

Not filling all 717 vacancies on last bid and none on this bid.

Only 131 retirements between now and 31 Dec 2014

March predicted to be busiest month in 2014 domestically. Meaning they are currently manned for busiest month of year (July CR news letter)

March 2013 bid was supposed to be last displacement bid but they were wrong June AE was too. (July CR news letter)

Not back filling Capt position on June AE

This bid assured proper manning for peak flying of 2014 (July CR news letter)

Hiring is not authorized (July CR news letter)

We have a surplus of pilots system wide and we have to utilize our existing pilot staffing. (July CR news letter)
