Could a new hire be able to hold a line in MCI fairly quickly. Im thinking about applying my two leg commute to Fresno has gotten miserable. Also does anybody know if SkyWest employees keep health benefits or if you have to wait 90 days?
I'm not really sure what out waiting period is but I know it's not long, when I got hired (a wihle ago) I have insurance in almost 30 days after starting training. MCI would be easy to get into and depending on how people move around on the next few bids you'd hold a line in MCI/IAD MUCH sooner than any other base.
