Yup. But don't confuse their motivations.
They are working under the same contract for the same employer (UCH) with a TPA that states that their acceptance (or dismissal) of the CAL job specifically means nothing for SLI. Why spend time in the schoolhouse if they are gonna end up where they end up regardless?
