Good point. Maybe just those few pilots involved. But also the LCAL MC, since they did use examples of those types of pilots.

It would be interesting to hear/read the story of the LUAL Pilots who were hired at LCAL and left to return to LUAL. Where are they now?
It would talk to career expectations.
