Yep... I got pulled over this last week going 67 in a 55.
The cop wrote me a ticket for 70.. just enough to push me up into the next fine bracket. And what can I do about it? Very little.
And as far as .27 after 8 hours of flying.... I'm not even mad, in fact.. I'm impressed!
I remember when the Shuttle America pilot got a six month stretch for blowing a .08 in Denver after a flight from Austin. I wonder what the judge is going to throw at the young man. I really hope he gets the help he needs. He definitely will have the spare time now to do so.
