Thanks for the replies, I was referencing the timeline(out of curiosity) as to when folks could bid either ERJ/CRJ and any base as a result of one ISL with no 'fences'.

Nobody knows. The joint contract has been "a few months away" for the past couple of years. The merged list wont come until that JCBA is signed and implemented.
