I'm one of the guys who is negative about management here, and yet based on your postings here and on another forum, I really think you'd feel more secure at BlueJet.
We seriously need improvements, but the atmosphere in the jets and crew rooms is much more pleasant than the venting we indulge in here on the forums. I definitely think you'd be missing an opportunity by gauging our work environment based on these posts... Just my opinion. Feel free to pm if you have more specific questions.
