Express Jet was given the flying because Jet Blue selected us to do it. Embraer is paying for it though. They can't launch an aircraft to save their lives. When the 145 was introduced it almost got shut down by the FAA due to engines shutting down. Turned out to be bad FADECS. Not sure what the problem is with the 190. Rumor seems to be fly-by-wire stuff. Originally 45 days so they could fix the problem quickly. Haven't heard anything from the brass since it started.
