We, the arbitrators, didn't believe the self-certified list that CAL tried to pass off, and now we FINALLY have the accurate information to make a decision.
So apparently they ARE going to consider longevity, because why else would they want that information?
The other thing you have to wonder is...
IF THEY DON'T BELIEVE THE CAL CERTIFIED DATA IS ACCURATE, WHAT ELSE DO THEY NOT BELIEVE FROM THE CAL PRESENTATION?
