This reminds me of the programs they used to have way back in the day for Mesa/MAPD and ASA/FlightSafety.
The "CFI from any school" thing sounds new, though.
Didn't you know? They are planning for that pilot shortage...
So, they have to cast a wide net, not just from select few CFI schools!!
