The sad part isn't the article. I mean everyone knows United has gone from marginal to worst in the last two years because of a failure in leadership and the results of this "leadership" are the siblings stabbing each other in the backs to arrive at the liquidation first on the list. To get a reality check on this thoigh, go ahead and scroll down and look at some of the comments from United (previous) customers. It makes the article look like a fan boy worship piece on United compared to what the customers think. If you think, "who cares what these random customers think" ~ then maybe ask yourself why Southwest is now larger than United is - United and the former Continental combined - in the domestic marketplace. It's because the customers used to think and speak completely opposite of what is written in those comments about United. People and their experience with the product do matter, and the ability to retire from United or Wal-Mart of will reflect that little detail.
This is the reality here, boys and babies. You can try to wring each others' necks and step all over those who you might think you can for a quick guppy upgrade but all you do is cement the hate, discontent and failure in your future. Good going. Real leadership. Real futures. Right on! Keep on slurring at each other, it is clearly helping you guys out.
