So, am I reading this right: Skywest can build you guys lines with 98+ hours? Really?
I doubt this guy works for SkyWest and yes since we can legally work 100 hours in a calendar month, SkyWest can build your line up to 98 block hours leaving a 2 hour buffer. It's rare but it happens.
