Look at just about every measurable category, including superior pay at other majors on narrow body medium sized equipment.
Jb guys will never touch the legacy Pilots absent a CBA.

Sorry, even with the same pay and Benes, a career will still be FAR more valuable at a legacy with fast seniority and high paying widebody fleets.
