Company check airmen were telling our management that the airline would experience massive cancellations on feb 14, because CAL pilots would be sick en mass on profit sharing day if they were not included. They knew that, settled a grievance and moved on. You should move on too ......
Well their "business decision" was just shown to be in violation of the contract that they signed, and is going to end up costing them dearly. Why would you think that you "earned" profit sharing when it wasn't in your contract?
