I appreciate that. I still don't know what I'll do, but I can say this.

In the last 18 years I've worked for 5 airlines (1 major, 1 LCC, 3 regionals) and a corporate flight department. Been ALPA for 3 carriers and teamsters for one. Been non union for about half that time and seen work rules and schedules changed and suspended with little or no notice.

So if I do end up joining you, you're getting someone with eyes wide open. I've heard the "5 year upgrade" lie at several carriers. I've heard "you've had your last job interview" and "you've just won the lottery" several times. I have grown up with this profession and I can't be fooled anymore. I've seen it all too many times.
