MEM ribs are good, but try the two places above. Sounds like you've never left MEM. Believe it or not, there is life beyond Poplar and Beale St.
You may be right and for the 8 guys that live near KC great, but for the 4800 others that frequent Memphis or live there good pork BBQ intel is useful. Or is KC that much better that I should drive the 10 or so hours to try it out while I'm in Memphis for the afternoon hub turning or training?

Answer: Drive to Central BBQ and get your own BBQ for the trip. 20 min roundtrip from the Democrate lot.
