Winning in NYC!!! Right!

I think the bus mess from T4 to T2 is almost worse than the old T3!

Between the idiots running the buses and 3+hour waits to clear immigration, I would venture to guess we are miss connecting least 40% of our passengers in JFK. Over the last 4 days I have done 4 legs outbound from JFK. Every flight was scheduled to be nearly full or oversold. EVERY FLIGHT WENT OUT WITH 30+ SEATS OPEN DUE TO MISS CONNECTING PASSENGERS!! And there was NO Weather and NO ATC delays!!

I listened to the people talking around me on the bus, and they all planned never to book a international ticket though JFK again!!
