Their interview is great; they treat you very well.
But, they have F/As actually interviewing pilots, which is kind of silly.
The F/A who greeted me for the i/v spilled a picture of water all over me. I got activated during phase II and found a better job. It was the weirdest interview I'd ever been through. Anyone going there better do the prep. I gave them what they wanted but felt very "Prozac-ish". Jim Jones, Neeleman, himself showed up afterwards. The whole thing had that kool-aid / snake-handling feel to it. No offense to the JB guys. Just want to let you know to prepare well and take plenty prozac.
