As an outsider, personally I have no idea nor any inside information either way.

I think the problem is that because AWAC is a privately held company there's just no way to know until the last minute. Senior guys there have the opinion that it's nothing to loose sleep about, and while I understand their optimism the reality is they really don't have another option but to be optimistic.
