Its around 50% overall. They want guys who will stay for at least 2 years. Please work for at least one regional before you think you have a clue-Ive read yur threads before- Keep interviewing and stop making excuses for why you didnt get the job. Good luck man.
Exactly. Some people just want any reason/excuse to justify why they can't get hired by a Regional. Maybe they just need more practice in the interview process? Stop the whimpering, learn from your mistakes , get back up on that saddle and give it another try. You ain't the first and you ain't gonna be the last!! Some people have interviewed multiple times before they found the job for them.
