The two pilots are not the only ones who have to work together as part of the crew during a trip, and having the input of a source outside of the cockpit for the interview may be good. It isn't as if the FA is going to be testing your Jepp knowledge or Pilot skill, they are simply going to give input as to whether or not they think that you would work well with the ENTIRE crew. Why would it make you feel offended, unless you are guilty of having short man-itis, or super captain-atosis, to begin with? It wouldn't offend you unless you had a superiority complex to begin with. As far as I can tell, the B6 interview is all about the touchy feely, can we get along stuff anyway, so why wouldn't it make sense to include all of the crew for input? Sorry, but I think that it is a good idea. (actually, I'm not sorry)
